Đun cách thủy cho nóng chảy 200g chocolate trắng. Tách bánh Oreo, cho một ít chocolate chảy và giữa bánh rồi đặt ngay que kẹo vào. Chocolate sẽ có tác dụng cố định que kẹo vào bánh. Kẹp bánh trở lại. Ấn nhẹ để hai lớp bánh dính chặt với nhau. Để bánh trên khay trong 10-15 phút để chocolate cứng lại.
Nhúng cả que bánh vào chocolate, để chocolate phủ đều hai mặt bánh, sau đó mình gạt bỏ phần chocolate thừa dính trên que. Đổ cốm ra đĩa rồi nhẹ nhàng lăn bánh qua đĩa cốm để cốm bao phủ toàn bộ mặt bánh.
Đặt các que bánh lên giấy nến từ 20-30 phút để chocolate cứng lại hẳn là hoàn thành rồi. Các bạn có thể thay cốm màu bằng dừa khô hoặc trái cây khô cắt nhuyễn nhé!
